A Fender is a Fender, you might think. What is there to improve? A lot! That's what the experts at Fendertex thought. Four years of EU-supported research with this result: an air bladder made of particularly strong PU material on the inside and a patented textile cover on the outside that protects the air body on the inside. This allows the properties of the two components to be ideally combined.
According to the manufacturer, the result is a particularly durable fender that does not squeak thanks to the textile cover and is also very light. Another highlight is the valve. The air is out of the fender within seconds. Stowing is child's play, an advantage especially with ball fenders. And thanks to the optional 12-volt pump, the air cushion can be refilled almost as quickly.
The cover is of course particularly UV-stable, abrasion-resistant and customisable. The manufacturer shows just how stable the fenders are on its Homepage.
